NEVA TOWERS
Material Specification & Supply Chain · Moscow, Russia
Neva Towers is a landmark mixed-use high-rise development in the Moscow International Business Center. The project was developed by Renaissance Development and constructed by Renaissance Construction, with architecture by SPEECH in collaboration with HOK and FXCollaborative.
While serving as Head of Division at Siana Group, I was responsible for the porcelain tile scope supplied by the company for the project.
My role covered the complete material process: proposing and selecting appropriate porcelain tile based on the project's requirements, preparing quantity calculations, coordinating procurement and supply, and receiving and accepting the material upon delivery to the construction site.
Approximately 5,000–7,000 m² (54,000–75,000 sq ft) of Italian porcelain tile was supplied for the project, including Vein by Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola.
The project involved direct coordination between material selection, commercial calculations, manufacturer supply and the construction process — carrying the material from proposal through final delivery and acceptance on site.
